Asphalt Crack Repair

If not sealed properly, joints and cracks in asphalt will allow water, dirt and other foreign materials to enter. As water seeps down through the unfilled cracks, increasing damage will occur during the freezing / thawing cycle.

Asphalt Sealing

Sealing an asphalt road, while not necessary, will not only make it look better, it will also make it last longer. A good rule to follow is to perform this maintenance every three years or so. Sealing will protect the asphalt from the sun's ultraviolet rays, which can degrade the binder and expose the aggregate. Sealcoating also prevents damage from water and ice which, over time, can reduce the life of the asphalt.

We clean the surface of the asphalt thoroughly and spray on an asphalt based sealer to extend the life of your driveway, parking lot or road.
